SEND IN YOUR APPLICATION PROCESSING FEE Before your SQ application can be processed, we must receive your payment of $35. You will be prompted send your payment once you have submitted your application. You may also choose to pay by mailing a check or money order to: 3. RECOMMENDATIONS A SportQuest representative will call each of your references given in the online application. Once we receive your application and you have officially been accepted, one of our SQ representatives will call you within 4-5 business days to confirm your acceptance status. We will rush out your ACCEPTANCE PACK including your fund raising materials and SQ t-shirt along with important preparation materials. |
